Privacy policy

SoloClip is provided by GPTAPPLIED PTY LTD.

What SoloClip processes

SoloClip accesses only videos you choose and the results you ask it to save. Tracking, reframing, background softening, face cover, preview, and export are performed on your device.

Data collection and sharing

The SoloClip app does not create an account, run advertising or analytics SDKs, collect personal data, or transmit your video or derived video content to us or third parties.

Problem reports and privacy communications

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, iPhone model, iOS version, and SoloClip version. We use it only to review product reports, address privacy or security concerns, and meet legal obligations. Email may be processed by our email-service provider, and we retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Do not send private videos or internal diagnostic text. You may ask us to delete your correspondence.

Apple services

If a selected item is stored in iCloud, Apple Photos may download it to your device. Purchases and restores use Apple StoreKit. Those Apple-operated services are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy; SoloClip does not send video content through StoreKit.

Storage and deletion

SoloClip uses temporary local working files while a project is active and removes app-created working media when the project is reset or replaced. An exported result remains in Photos until you delete it. Removing the app deletes its private local files but not videos already saved to Photos.

Permissions

Photo access is used to let you select a video and save an export. You can change access in iOS Settings.
